Directions:  Insert the lip retractor following the instructions included.  When using a brush for the first time, turn the base clockwise until a little of the gel appears in the brush.  Dry the teeth with cotton or a tissue and purse the lips away from the teeth to keep the teeth dry during application.  Paint the teeth with a thin coating of gel turning the base of the brush as you go along being careful to keep the teeth dry until they are painted with gel.  Tilt your head back and keep the lips away from the teeth for 15-30 minutes.  Brush lightly with toothpaste and rinse thoroughly with clean water.  One brush should last about 1 week when used as directed.

Caution:  Avoid contact with eyes.  In case of accidental exposure rinse with plenty of warm water.  Do not use if you have gum disease, receding gums, or if the gums have not recovered from previous treatment.  If you experience any pain during treatment, reduce the frequency of use or discontinue altogether.
